Microsoft rolls out a dramatically different logo for Windows 8
Whenever a new Windows is released or about to be release, one cannot miss out on the Windows logo itself. The much awaited Windows logo is revealed after it leaked on a Chinese website on Monday. The color pattern is completely different from the leaked one but the design is the exact replica of the one unveiled by Microsoft. The newest logo is much better and simpler as compared to the previous versions of Windows like Windows 7, Windows vista or much older version of Windows. The simple flat blue colored four window logo organized with clean lines depicts todays Metro Style design.
The logo brings back the memories of first version of Windows which was released in 1985 called Windows 1.0. The former logo also used a comparative light blue colors as well as similar shapes to release the Windows. Microsoft considers new logo as homage to the logo that started Windows Software from the scratch and made a massive shift in the Brand’s name, but design change is Windows logo is infinitesimal as compared to Apple’s logo change during the years.

The blue colored pattern in frames with interjecting white cross lines of the logo also claims to have similar looks to flags of few countries.
